My name is Zach Mitchell, I am the Children’s Pastor here at Temple Baptist Church. I gave my life to the Lord on April 8th 2021. I started serving in kids ministry shortly after that here at Temple. I served as a volunteer here until they offered me an on-staff position in July 2024.

 I love Jesus and do my best every day to do as he directs me to. I pray every child that comes to Temple Baptist Church sees Jesus in the actions, words, and love of every volunteer in the area. My goal is in the 6 years we get with the kids from K5-5 th grade to make sure we are making disciple makers out of our children. This ministry to me is a lifelong work and I hope to see kids come to know Jesus all the days of my life. I absolutely love what I do and hope to see your family soon!

When I’m not at church I’m at my home alongside my beautiful wife, my two dogs, and my sweet newborn baby. As a family our mission is to “witness as we go” and try to grow God’s kingdom in whatever way we can. 

We are just so thankful that God has given us everything we have, so we give back to God everything we have to His kingdom!
